How to Use Your Store Credit at Checkout

1. Log In First
   To use your store credit, make sure you’re logged into your account before checking out. Store credit is linked to the name and email address used on your original order, so be sure to log in with that same email.
   You can log in using a one-time code sent to your email or through Shop Pay. (Guest checkout won’t work with store credit.)
2. At Checkout
   Once you’re logged in, your available store credit will show up as a payment option during checkout.
3. Apply Your Credit
   Just select the store credit option, and the full amount will automatically be applied to your order.
4. Using All or Some
   Store credit is applied in full—partial use isn’t available. If your credit covers the full order, you’re good to go! If not, you can pay the remaining balance with another payment method.

Store credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the original recipient. Credits cannot be shared, gifted, or combined with other customer accounts. All store credits expire one year from the date of issue. Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be applied to past orders. Black Hearted Tart reserves the right to modify or cancel store credit at any time for any reason, including suspected misuse or abuse.
