Our Custom Remix option is designed to allow customers to request discontinued or out of season fragrances from the Black Hearted Tart catalog. Each Custom Remix perfume will be made to order by us, then hand-bottled, and wrapped with our signature full-color glossy Black Hearted Tart label. The scent name or description will be included on a separate waterproof round label—so you always know exactly what you're wearing. 

Please remember to include your scent requests in the notes at checkout. We recommend verifying the availability of your scent request before purchasing, as ingredient availability affects turnaround time! Email us at help@blackheartedtart.com prior to purchasing to confirm.

Custom Remixes are not intended for the creation of entirely new perfume formulas. Developing an original fragrance requires several months of formulation, testing, and refinement, and is not something currently offered through this listing. We may be able to slightly alter a formula or combine favorite accords from our existing catalog- but please reach out to us before ordering to confirm.

Please note that all sales are final. If you purchase before we verify availability, and your scent is unavailable, we will offer you a substitute or store credit in place of a refund.
