Heart of Gold was created with mellow yellow blooms in mind. Enjoy the warm honeyed scent of fresh honeysuckle blended with crisp daffodil and its sweet green nuances. Caramelized sugar heightens the natural vanillic aspects of the honeysuckle notes, making this a “not too sweet” floral-gourmand.

Not the best. Not the worst.

Packaging was far from great. Came in bubble wrap and a ziploc baggy. It is strong. I don’t actually love the smell on its own. I layered the heart of gold with a vanilla musk oil, and that helped so much and made it more complex, less car air freshener vibes. i really enjoy it with the vanilla musk. I do smell the honeysuckle and daffodil. I am overall happy with it because I wanted the honeysuckle/Daffodil smell.

Regarding the packaging, each bottle is shrink wrapped with a safety seal, then wrapped in protective absorbent materials and placed inside a sealed zip top bag. This packaging is intentional and follows shipping recommendations for alcohol based perfumes to help contain any leaks and protect the glass bottle during transit.

Because perfumes can be affected by heat and temperature changes while shipping, we also included a note recommending that fragrances rest for a few days after arrival before evaluating the scent. Many customers notice the fragrance becomes smoother and more balanced after it has had time to settle.

Wife Approves!

One of the scent profiles that my wife loves is that of honeysuckle, so I decided to give this roller a shot. Both of our minds wereblown away by how accurate the note was to actual honeysuckle. Not just honeysuckle, but a sweet caramel undertone giving it a little extra sweetness.

Not bad

It's not bad. But not great imo. It was very daffodil forward for me. The honeysuckle was lacking a bit. I mostly smelled it on the dry down. I ultimately wish it was less daffodil and more honeysuckle. My friend said it reminded her of bathroom spray which kinda sucked. Still happy to support a small business any time.
