International Shipping

International Orders:

Our shipping software only allows shipping within the United States and Canada.

We ship all orders via USPS, with final delivery handled by your local postal service. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees set by your country. These charges are not collected by Black Hearted Tart and are the customer’s responsibility.

If applicable, fees are collected by your local postal service or customs authority prior to delivery, and may include a small handling charge. We are unable to control or estimate these costs.

For customers outside of our shipping areas, please use caution when using a forwarding service. We have noticed an increase in issues with forwarding services, particularly in Delaware and New Jersey, where many providers no longer accept perfumes. Please confirm your service allows fragrance shipments before purchasing, as all Black Hearted Tart sales are final.
